Questions for you?
1. Do you make left over turkey sandwiches after the holidays?
2. Do you brine your turkey? (boo if you don't)
3. Does bacon ever make it onto said left over sandwich? (bacon makes everything better...everything! except in ginger cookies...don't ask)
These are rhetorical questions....that means answer them in you mind..not out loud. Unfortunately I found out what rhetorical meant in 5th grade during the family life portion of our curriculum. Again...don't ask.
This my friends is my husband's left over turkey day sandwich.

We've got tomatoes, we've got avocados, jalapeno cranberry sauce, BACON (extra thick), yummy turkey breast, swiss cheese, lettuce, dijon, mayo and the rolls my lovely sister in law makes each year.
THIS IS A SANDWICH!
I had no intent of putting this on my blog when I made it. But it was sitting on the table waiting for him and it was winking at me...so I took it's picture.

And rhetorical questions? REALLY, are you sure? BTW, that fatty piece of cheese looks SO good...maybe it's just your camera setting! And brine a turkey? Who are we kidding?!?!?! Next post, about a dead monster salmon? Hmmmmm?
Oh Heidi, this is definitely the ultimate turkey sandwich! Of course anything with bacon and avocado is pretty divine. Keep on taking pictures of your creations!
